An initiative, originating with the demonstration and development of ultra-high-rise ZEH-M (net-zero-energy multifamily housing), to make newly developed rental apartments and other properties ZEH-compliant in principle. It covers the energy-efficiency specifications and ZEH conversion of the housing development properties themselves.
