A reorganization theme that consolidates the existing Retail, Wholesale and Overseas businesses into the Apparel business, adds a new Nursery School business, and restructures the company into 2 reporting segments. The Apparel business will subsequently be renamed the Wearables business and continue to be disclosed as an independent segment.
