An initiative to transform the thermal power generation systems business into a comprehensive solutions model by expanding services, reallocating personnel and using AI and IoT, in response to the contraction of the coal-fired power business and weak demand for large gas turbines. It also includes expansion into energy-transition-related businesses such as CO2 capture and next-generation geothermal power generation.
