Transfer of Directly Operated Care Business to a Subsidiary Through a Company Split

An organizational restructuring initiative under which directly operated care businesses, including Honetsugi Kaigo Day Service, will be transferred to the wholly owned subsidiary アトラケア through a company split, separating and consolidating the operating entity for the care business.
