A theme for 8708 to transform the business model and earnings structure of securities firms through the full implementation of GBA-style sales, based on the medium-term management plan "Design Next 100—Beyond the Securities Firm." This includes the development of the three-year plan from fiscal 2019 onward and the new medium-term management plan launched in April 2025.
