An ongoing initiative to remotely configure and centrally manage NAS devices such as TeraStation and wireless LAN equipment, reducing the support burden on users and maintenance and management providers. Through enhancements to the KikiNavi remote management service, the initiative aims to improve the efficiency of configuration work and inquiry handling.
