A theme focused on combining assessment, education and finance to build a platform for developing and deploying next-generation talent that connects the Global South and Japan. It will be developed through collaboration across multiple businesses and with external institutions, including research with ADB and ERIA, expansion into Colombia, and the development of networks in India.
