An initiative to establish a joint venture with Mitsubishi Paper Mills Limited and build a household paper manufacturing hub in the Tohoku region by utilizing the Hachinohe Mill. It also includes strengthening competitiveness through expanded sales and logistics efficiencies after production begins.
