Business concentration and selective investment from the medium-term management plan “Small but Beautiful” to “Challenge 2025”

A medium-term management plan under which 7211 shifted from broad-based scale expansion to concentrating resources on regions where it has strengths and competitive segments, while making use of existing facilities and selectively investing. The theme was the transition from “Small but Beautiful,” launched in fiscal 2020, to the subsequent “Challenge 2025.”
