Recurrence prevention and safety culture initiatives following the Shizuoka No. 2 Plant fire

A time-bound initiative launched in response to the Shizuoka No. 2 Plant fire in July 2020, based on recommendations from an accident investigation committee that included external experts, to prevent recurrence, strengthen disaster prevention and safety, and foster a safety culture.
