A discrete business separation transaction in which the ECAD engineering solutions business was spun off into a newly established company and all of its shares were transferred to NITTO KOGYO CORPORATION. The transaction was completed on 1 December 2017, with the aim of combining management resources and business expertise with NITTO KOGYO CORPORATION and concentrating management resources within the transferor group.
