An initiative to support the health of local residents, in cooperation with medical institutions and nursing care facilities, as a primary care pharmacy, covering the period from disease prevention through home healthcare. The initiative will strengthen pharmacists’ face-to-face services and home-visit support, while also contributing to the development of new dispensing-pharmacy formats.
