An initiative to establish a business structure under which Wealth Engine provides asset management consulting for family offices and high-net-worth individuals, while Trust Engine develops and operates an asset management platform for IFAs, banks and securities companies through a joint venture with SoftBI. The business will be commercialized by obtaining licenses for investment advisory and agency services and other activities, and by planning and developing products for high-net-worth individuals.
