Development from the new management vision, “Aim25,” to the next medium-term management plan

Development of a planning framework under which 8358 will pursue its new management vision, “Aim25,” from fiscal 2016 through fiscal 2025, then transition to a new medium-term management plan for fiscal 2026 through fiscal 2028 after achieving its KPIs.
