An individual M&A initiative to acquire mixing, crystallization, contamination-free and sanitary technologies by making PRIMIX Corporation a subsidiary, and to pursue technology complementarity and sales collaboration in secondary-battery manufacturing equipment. The initiative will also extend to strengthening fine-particle manufacturing technologies and developing and securing orders for ultrafine-particle crystallization equipment.
