Through a capital and business alliance with Odakyu Electric Railway involving a third-party allotment of shares, the companies made mutual use of customer assets, creditworthiness, brand strength, e-commerce expertise, personnel and information, and pursued the development of new businesses and services. The capital and business alliance was terminated as of 31 March 2023.
