The plan is to make ジェイ・ティー・エヌ a wholly owned subsidiary, helping alleviate the shortage of personnel for telecommunications and electrical construction while acquiring construction know-how and project delivery capacity. Improvements in service quality and reinforcement of the construction organization are also expected.
