An absorption-type company split in 2026 under which we will take over 四浦珪石’s silica stone business in the Nitaku District and make 四浦珪石 the mine-closure management company for the Motoyama District. The transaction is intended to improve management efficiency by separating business functions and streamlining the management structure.
