A project to commercialize a treatment for liver cirrhosis using molecularly targeted drug delivery system (DDS) technology through clinical trials in Japan and Europe, U.S. FDA Fast Track designation, and out-licensing. This also includes a focus on nucleic acid DDS design technology and licensing agreements.
