An individual capital investment plan to develop a workshop and office in Kuramae, Taito-ku, Tokyo, with the aim of strengthening sales capabilities. Construction was scheduled to start and be completed in 2018. The plan concerns the project that was later developed as the ETiAM KURAMAE facility.
