An initiative to accelerate and implement the activities of the i-con Strategy Lab, with the aim of reducing the burden on construction sites and improving workforce quality and retention. Its primary focus is promoting implementation at construction sites through the Strategy Lab, rather than individual technologies such as ICT-based construction.
