Transfer of the Leisure and Tourism Facilities Business from the Transport Segment to the Hotel & Leisure Segment

In connection with the reorganization of the leisure business, the tourism facilities business, including Shima Spain Village, will change from the Transport segment to the Hotel & Leisure segment, along with changes to the reporting classifications and comparative information.
