An organizational restructuring carried out on 1 September 2023 through an absorption-type merger in which GMO Coin was the surviving company and FX PRIME byGMO was the absorbed company. The merger integrated expertise, systems and human resources in the crypto-asset and FX businesses to improve service quality and profitability.
