An individual strategic partnership in which Tire Center LLC was integrated into TBC, with Michelin North America and Sumitomo Corporation of the Americas each holding 50% of TBC and jointly operating the North American tire distribution business. The joint operating structure was established upon completion of the share transfer in April 2018.
