Strengthening the global site network by operating research and development, production, sales, and maintenance across sites in close proximity to customers, including locations in Japan, Shanghai, Taiwan, and Silicon Valley in the United States. The acquisition of the Japan site will also expand the functions overseeing global research and development and production activities.
