Building an integrated event-production business in the US through the acquisition of TLS PRODUCTIONS as a subsidiary

An initiative to make US lighting and audio-equipment rental and operations company TLS PRODUCTIONS a subsidiary and build an event-production service integrating video, lighting, audio and rigging through collaboration with H&X. TLS was subsequently removed from the scope of consolidation following its dissolution and liquidation.
