A standalone capital investment plan to renew and rebuild the Osaka Plant at a total cost of ¥3.6 billion and complete construction of the new plant. It covers the period from the start of work in October 2017, initially scheduled for completion in April 2020, through the completion achieved upon the plant's commissioning.
