A standalone M&A theme focused on making Hakodate Wine a wholly owned subsidiary and strengthening Japanese wine, grapes from company-owned vineyards, cultivation technology, quality and stable production capabilities, and sustainable raw-material sourcing. Through collaboration with the existing wine business, the aim is to maintain and develop the wine business in Hokkaido.
