An initiative to establish foreign-language-enabled free Wi-Fi and communications environments that are easy for international visitors to use in shopping districts, transportation facilities, tourist attractions and other locations. The initiative will also expand communications services for facilities into the medical and nursing-care sectors and other areas, growing recurring revenue from monthly usage fees in addition to initial installation revenue.
