A theme covering 8101’s medium-term management plan from the fiscal year ended March 2019 through the fiscal year ended March 2021, which focused on expanding overseas sales, improving profitability, reforming personnel and work styles, and strengthening internal controls and risk management, as well as assessing progress toward its final-year targets.
