An initiative to systematically develop multi-skilled tradespeople capable of electrical, gas, plumbing and drainage, and interior work through training facilities and regular training while promoting construction partnerships. It addresses the shortage of skilled tradespeople and upgrades the skills of construction personnel in tandem.
