A site-specific sediment accumulation control initiative in the Amahata area, involving the excavation, relocation and removal of sediment from the river and maintenance of the river channel, carried out through consultations with relevant authorities, including national, prefectural and municipal authorities. Emergency to medium-term measures will be implemented while reviewing the plan, schedule and costs.
