An intra-group organizational restructuring in which SBSトランスポート was integrated through an absorption-type merger with SBSロジコム as the surviving company and excluded from the scope of consolidation. A similar integration of 東洋運輸倉庫, acquired in 2021, was also completed in October 2023.
