An initiative to establish an asset management company through a joint investment with Star Asia Group, enter the asset management and operation business for real estate funds, and subsequently make the company a wholly owned subsidiary through additional acquisitions. The initiative will build and internalize the foundation for the asset management business, starting with a joint venture with an external partner.
