An individual site development project to commercialize a data center in Ishikari, Hokkaido, operated entirely on renewable energy, while developing new markets and expanding the business model. A building lease agreement and a memorandum of understanding on renewable electricity supply have been signed, and the project is being advanced toward opening in 2026.
