A project to acquire exclusive worldwide development, manufacturing and marketing rights to brincidofovir (BCV) for all diseases except smallpox, and advance its clinical development and commercialization. This includes global development initiatives following the acquisition, such as Phase 3 trials, Phase 2 CMV trials and the acquisition of method-of-use patents.
