An initiative to strengthen site execution capability, defined as the ability to manage construction work and identify and resolve on-site issues, by establishing an organisation responsible for the division of on-site operations and advancing the sustainable development and transformation of the construction business. It also seeks to improve site management capability in anticipation of regulations capping overtime work.
