An initiative to jointly commercialize decentralized urban development with East Japan Railway Company, centered on Shinagawa and Takanawa Gateway, combining satellite cities and mobility services nationwide. It also includes demonstrations of urban spaces using digital twins, urban data, AI analysis and robots.
