Transition from the medium-term management plan “Relentless Challenges Toward the Future” to the next plan

The medium-term management plan under which 8278 worked during fiscal 2018–2020 to build its corporate culture, human resources and profit-generating capabilities and establish a community-based dominant position through five challenges. This also includes the transition to the new medium-term management plan for fiscal 2021–2023.
