An organizational restructuring that integrated the Chinese production structure by suspending operations at a Chinese subsidiary, consolidating production, and merging subsidiaries by absorption. This was an individual case in 2016–2017 in which the consolidation of production functions and the legal merger by absorption were carried out as an integrated process.
