Reorganization into Food, Healthcare and Health Science Segments Triggered by the Acquisition of Blackmores

A change in the disclosure structure, triggered by the acquisition of Blackmores, under which alcoholic beverages, beverages, pharmaceuticals and health science are reported as four internal monitoring units and reportable segments. Health science is positioned as the third pillar, and the new area-based classifications will apply from FY2024.
