A large-scale railway project to advance construction of the Shinagawa–Nagoya section of the Chuo Shinkansen through approval of the construction implementation plan, land acquisition and construction contracts for stations, tunnels and other facilities. It covers progress on construction of the main Shinkansen line, including the Yamanashi Prefecture station and deep underground sections.
