A plan to relocate and consolidate the production sites in Shenzhen, Bantian and Changping at the Qiaotou factory, and advance integrated operations for PCB assembly and molding. It also includes rebuilding the production and management structures in light of conditions in the Chinese market and local tax systems, laws and regulations.
