An ongoing framework in which multiple bodies, including the Board of Directors, Management Committee and Audit & Supervisory Board, share and review departmental information, performance progress and risk measures, providing multilayered oversight of management. This also includes oversight through the Nomination and Compensation Committee and outside officers.
