Incorporation of thin-film deposition equipment design services through the acquisition of Afly solution Oy shares and its conversion into a wholly owned subsidiary

An individual transaction in which Afly solution Oy, initially accounted for under the equity method following an equity investment, became a wholly owned subsidiary after the voting interest was increased from 80.0% to 100.0%, bringing its thin-film deposition equipment design services in-house.
