An initiative under which operations including train services on the Kobe Municipal Subway Hokushin Line were undertaken following the municipalisation of the Hokushin Line of Hokushin Kyuko Railway. Train operations ended in March 2024, with only operations at Tanigami Station, a jointly used station, continuing.
