A public facilities operation project under which Kawasaki Todoroki Park will hold the operating rights and redevelop, upgrade and operate Todoroki Greenway for 30 years. The project will expand the functions of the sports and park facilities through renewal investment, including stadium renovations and construction of a new arena.
