Subdivision and renaming of reporting segments for refractories, insulation materials and ceramics, among others

A thematic group covering the change to separately disclose refractories, insulation materials and ceramics as reporting segments, while including real estate in “Other.” As part of the organizational restructuring and expansion of the business portfolio, the ceramics segment will be renamed Advanced Equipment.
