Investments in GD Express and Packcity Japan and Their Inclusion in and Exclusion from the Equity-Method Scope

A series of logistics infrastructure investments in which investments in GD Express, an overseas logistics operator, and Packcity Japan, a parcel locker joint venture, resulted in their inclusion as equity-method affiliates, followed by their exclusion from the scope of equity-method accounting through the partial transfer of GD Express shares and other transactions.
