An initiative to enhance development capabilities and operating efficiency in the hotel, dormitory and senior-living businesses through the sharing of development project information, joint ventures and personnel exchanges under a capital and business alliance with Daiwa House Industry and the acquisition of shares in Cosmos Initia. The transaction will also make Cosmos Initia an equity-method affiliate.
